Mark Appleford is a singer/songwriter, guitar and harmonica player who has played all up and down the East Coast. His original tunes fall in the genre of 'bluesy acoustic folk'. He has opened shows for the likes of Roomful of Blues and The Dave Bromberg Big Band.
Together with Jim Boyer they are known as Locomotive Pie

Patrick Fitzsimons, born in Northern Ireland, now calls Asheville home can often be found at Blue Mountain Pizza playing fingerstyle blues, ragtime and other genres on an Epiphone archtop guitar through a tube amplifier. He'll have a foot on a tamourine and his mouth on a harmonica, singing all the while...
I thought I would use this little section at the bottom of the music page to occasionally insert what I consider a great musical moment. They will not stay around forever and might be linked to a special or current event. For starters Patti LaBelle opening her PBS special many years ago.
