Thin Crust with house-made birria consomé base. Topped with Oaxaca (wa-HA-ka) cheese, diced green chilies, house made birria meat and fresh jalapenos. Baked until crispy and then finished off with white onions, cilantro, house made pickled red onions and a lime wedge. Served with a side of birria consomé for dipping. (No substitutions)
